Jalene Mack
Founder & CEO
Jalene is not only an entertainment attorney but this industry renaissance woman and ARTivist has successfully integrated the demanding roles of wife, mother, TV & Film producer, writer, actress, playwright, and author by keeping the focus on her long-term goal “to make an impact on the entertainment industry.” Jalene received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Mass Communications from Xavier University of New Orleans in 1990. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 1993 and was admitted to the bar thereafter. With almost 30 years of expertise in the business, she remains passionate about using her legal and business skills to support artists and further their Arts & Entertainment business.

Jonavon Stephens
Founder & CEO
As a licensed financial advisor to many athletes and entertainers, Jonavon was always charged with introducing new investment opportunities to his clients. Jonavon Stephens serves as President & CEO of Aquarius Vision, LLC (AQV) which today houses a Music, Sports, Talent Management and Film & TV Division. Combining his knowledge of production funding and his new knowledge of the industry he eventually partnered with Attorney & Producer Jalene Mack and co-founded Aquarius Vision Films division and immediately started acquiring and developing a slate of projects such as “Friend Zone”, “The Line” and “Freddy & Me” to name a few. Building on their partnership, he and Jalene also launched a boutique film and tv media distribution company under the banner Producers in Pajamas, LLC and serve as aggregators to streaming companies such as Tubi and assist content providers in other distribution endeavors.

Jorge Suarez
Director of Operations
Jorge Suarez is a Los Angeles-based director / producer who specializes in scripted narrative filmmaking. Jorge first sparked his career in film when he wrote, produced, directed, and sold his first feature film out of film school, an action heist indie titled, THE SCRATCH. The release of his film garnered attention from top industry professionals and kick-started numerous collaborations in film, television, and commercials. Jorge’s career has spanned into episodic television with series ranging from both national networks to independent productions, commercial campaigns for startups to globally recognized brands, and music videos for internationally touring artists.Today, Jorge continues his collaboration with Aquarius Vision Films on their diverse slate of film and television projects and leading their rapidly expanding distribution arm, Producers In Pajamas.

Jameshia Bankston
Director of Acquisitions
Jameshia T. Bankston is an actress, television show producer, writer, and songstress who is recently known for her roles in the hit television series Saints & Sinners on Bounce and Donald Glover's Atlanta on FX. Jameshia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas with a minor in Performing Arts and currently coaches in Atlanta, GA. She is a mother of 3 boys.
